Our Efforts

• Include accessibility requirements in procurement processes with third-party vendors.

• Routinely check, prioritize, validate through testing, and address accessibility issues found.

• Provide accessible contact information and support for receiving accessibility feedback and accommodation requests.

• Hire people with accessibility skills and train current employees on providing accessible services and technology.

• Incorporate accessibility requirements into technology development stages including design, development, user experience, and quality assurance.

• Publish an accessibility statement on our website that is updated quarterly and demonstrates concrete efforts toward compliance.
